1. No investment, legal, tax or financial advice
All website content, rates, knowledge pages, support messages, policy pages and trade room messages are for operational and informational purposes only. Nothing on ExchangerPoint is investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, accounting advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or transfer any digital asset.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether a digital asset transaction is lawful, suitable and appropriate for you. You should consult independent professional advisers where required.
- No profit is promised.
- No investment return is guaranteed.
- No page should be treated as a solicitation for illegal or unsuitable activity.
2. RBI and Indian regulatory risk notice
RBI has publicly cautioned users, holders and traders of virtual currencies about potential financial, operational, legal, customer protection and security risks. RBI has also stated that it has not given licence or authorisation to entities to operate schemes or deal with Bitcoin or virtual currencies.
ExchangerPoint does not claim RBI approval, authorisation, licensing, endorsement, deposit protection, legal tender status or sovereign backing for Bitcoin, USDT or any private digital asset. Customers transact at their own risk and subject to applicable law.
- Digital assets are not Indian legal tender issued by RBI.
- Digital assets are not bank deposits.
- Digital asset values may be volatile and may result in loss.
3. AML/CFT, PMLA and reporting risk
Indian FIU guidance and PMLA-related frameworks recognise activities involving exchange between virtual digital assets and fiat currencies, exchange between VDAs, transfer of VDAs, safekeeping/administration of VDAs and related services as regulated risk areas where AML/CFT obligations may apply to reporting entities.
ExchangerPoint may apply AML/CFT review, customer verification, proof collection, suspicious activity screening, access blocking, transaction refusal, cancellation, retention and reporting where required or appropriate.
- Third-party payments are not allowed.
- Suspicious activity may be refused or reported.
- KYC, proof and transaction records may be retained.
4. Market, liquidity and volatility risk
Bitcoin and USDT-related markets can be volatile, illiquid, disrupted or affected by global events, network congestion, regulatory changes, issuer risk, exchange risk, technology risk and fraud. A displayed quote does not eliminate market risk.
Applied rates may include spreads, commissions, fees, network assumptions, operational costs and risk adjustments. Quotes may expire or change.
- Do not rely on old screenshots or cached pages.
- Open a fresh trade for current terms.
- Do not trade more than you can afford to lose.
5. Blockchain, wallet and network risk

USDT may operate on different networks such as ERC20 and TRC20. Network mismatch can cause loss or serious delay.
- Verify asset, network and wallet address before sending.
- Keep transaction hash and screenshots.
- Do not send to addresses outside the active trade instructions.
6. Operational and technology risk
The website, quote service, captcha, OTP, SMS, email, trade room, file upload, payment rails, banks, blockchain networks, hosting providers and third-party services may face downtime, delay, error, congestion, rejection, cyberattack or maintenance.
ExchangerPoint may pause, cancel, refuse or delay trades for system integrity, security, compliance, fraud prevention or operational reasons.
- OTP or SMS delivery can be delayed.
- Blockchain confirmations can be delayed.
- Support review can take longer where proof is incomplete.

Beware of impersonators, fake support accounts, copied trade links, altered QR codes, scam investment offers and third-party payment requests. ExchangerPoint will not support trades used for fraud, sanctions evasion, laundering, mule accounts, illegal gambling, scams, extortion, darknet activity or any unlawful purpose.
