1. Live quote

The flow starts with amount, fiat currency and digital asset selection. For buy trades, the customer sees the estimated Bitcoin or USDT receive amount. For sell trades, the customer sees the estimated fiat payout.

The quote helps users decide before entering personal contact details.

2. Captcha and OTP

Captcha reduces automated abuse and mobile OTP ties the trade start to a reachable phone number. INR trades require an Indian mobile number starting with +91.

The OTP also helps open the buyer or seller view smoothly after verification.

3. Private trade room

The private room shows trade amount, asset, status, timer, wallet or payout details and messages. It also supports proof upload and status controls such as mark paid, confirm escrow, release trade, cancel, escalate or dispute depending on role and status.

  • Keep all trade messages inside the room.
  • Upload screenshots or transaction proof when requested.
  • Do not create duplicate trades for the same payment issue.

4. Release or payout review

In buy trades, ExchangerPoint releases Bitcoin or USDT after payment review. In sell trades, the customer funds escrow first, ExchangerPoint reviews payout, and the seller releases the trade after confirming payment.

Completed trades are final records. Cancelled or expired trades should not be reused for new payments.

Escrow improves trade visibility, but it is not a guarantee against wrong wallet details, third-party payments, network delays or compliance holds.
