Own-account payment

Payments must come from the verified customer own account. Friend, family, business partner, mule or third-party payments create sender mismatch and fraud risk.

If the sender name does not match, ExchangerPoint may request additional proof, delay completion, refund after review or cancel the trade.

Wallet and network checks

For Bitcoin, verify the full BTC address. For USDT, verify both address and network. A correct-looking address on the wrong network can still create a serious loss.

  • Check asset type before submitting.
  • Confirm network for USDT.
  • Do not reuse an expired trade room for a new payment.

Proof and KYC

Support may request screenshots, bank references, transaction hash, government ID or selfie with ID. These requests are used to verify sender identity, payment source and risk signals.

Upload proof only in the official trade room so it remains connected to the trade ID.

If something goes wrong

Use the trade room escalation or dispute controls instead of opening repeated trades. Explain the issue clearly and attach proof. Admin or moderator messages will remain in the same room.

Do not trade if you are unsure about wallet network, payment source or legal purpose. Contact support first.
